🔥New (science-backed) morning routine, who dis?!

Today's Museletter - 2-minute read

Hey love,

Yesterday, we had a chat about your subconscious and how it was running the show in your relationship. And how a bottom-up approach heals your chronic stress which stops you from running old patterns of behaviour in your relationship.

But why am I sharing this?

These techniques helped me save my 19-year relationship over and over again.

And it’s only getting better and better!

Bonus… this methodology works in ALL parts of your life. Men, money, and manifestation… all linked to subconscious gremlins.

Now, let’s get practical. Cos we’ve had a good old chat about this and now it’s time to take some action.

Eeeeverything that shows up in your life is your responsibility, so it makes sense to begin with YOU.

And where better than your morning routine?

I know, don’t roll your eyes, you’ve heard this before, but take a look at this… It’s all backed by science and proven in my own experience.

MORNING ROUTINE FOR HEALTHIER RELATIONSHIPS

  • First of all, NO PHONE - no social media, no email, no notifications. Cos who wants to deal with other people’s BS first thing?! You, first, always.
  • Begin with breath-work - Get that energy moving. 2 mins of Breath of Fire. Feel the tingles and your energy shifting. I also do some nervous system techniques, too.
  • Meditation and visualisation - Inviting new energy/experiences. Once you’ve woken up your energy, it’s time to focus it on something. Fun fact - Your heart is 5,000 times more magnetising than your mind, so it makes sense to get into your heart when you visualise.
  • Appreciation - Look at what you already have; no lack here! What you appreciate, appreciates. I have a sexy lil technique for self-worth that’s linked to appreciation.
  • Yoga - Keep it simple. Currently, I’m focused on stretching to release suck energy but it can be any type of gentle facia release yoga like yin. I don’t do a full-hour session, just gentle breathing in and out of poses.
  • Dancing and self-care routine - Cold water on your face is great for your nervous system and music is emotional, vibrational and based on frequency. I have a few songs on repeat. I sometimes cry and that’s ok. Plus cold water on your face is a damn good nervous system trick. Self-care is a statement of self-worth. Winning!

And that’s it. It takes me about 20-ish minutes and I’m ready for my day. I’m in my heart, not my head. My body is primed to receive, not shut down and rejecting. And I feel ALIVE!

No fricken mindset work, not hours and hours of meditation or journalling… just pure, bare-bones, start your day RIGHT using science-based, proven techniques.

Try it for a few days and I can guarantee you’ll see massive shifts.
